Bill Lampton’s “Tips from the Tropics”

Carnival Legend Cruise Ship

To enjoy the last few days of summer, I boarded the Carnival Legend cruise ship, along with 2,300 other passengers and 950 crew members, embarking from Tampa, FL on July 20. When we returned on July 27, we had visited Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan in Honduras.

So that I could share my traveler’s observations and thoughts with you, I carried my camera, and captured memorable photos and videos, which I narrated. As you would expect, the videos revolve around my central topics:

Customer Service

I have titled this series of short instructional videos “Tips from the Tropics.” Here’s my video introduction to the series:

Be sure to keep checking this blog, or using an RSS feed to get the latest videos and the articles that accompany them. I will welcome your comments, of course.

Oh. . .as for the cruise itself, I feel spoiled for life. The food, service, stateroom, and scenery were beyond description, even for a professional communicator. For me, the ship deserves its name: Carnival Legend.

Welcome to “Tips from the Tropics.”
